By using the WeAreMC.us site, you are entering into an agreement between you (the WeAreMC.us user – hereafter referred to as “you”) and the WeAreMC.us site and site administrators (hereafter referred to as “WeAreMC”). Clause I: Acceptance of Terms Through Use

If you do not agree to these Terms of Use please do not use this site. Terms of Use may be periodically updated. Your continued use of WeAreMC constitutes acceptance of those updates.

Clause II: Be Kind To Your Fellow Cityzens
By posting information in or otherwise using any WeAreMC features, you agree that you will not upload, post, or otherwise distribute or facilitate distribution of any content that:

• is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, sexually explicit, uses vulgar language;
• victimizes, harasses, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;
• infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other proprietary right of any party;
• constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk e-mail (also known as "Spamming"), chain letters, any other form of unauthorized solicitation; or
• impersonates any person or entity.

You further agree that you will not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from a minor (anyone under 18 yrs old). Personal information includes but is not limited to name, address, phone number or name of their school.

Clause III: Cityzen Privacy Policy
WeAreMC will NOT disclose, rent, or sell your personal information to any third party without your prior consent. WeAreMC is designed to allow Cityzens to contact you by e-mail without obtaining your e-mail address. WeAreMC does not display your e-mail, address or phone number to Cityzens. WeAreMC DOES display your City and State of residence if you choose to share that information.

WeAreMC generally does not pre-screen, monitor, or edit the content posted by users of this site. However, WeAreMC has the right to remove any content that does not comply with the Terms of Service or is otherwise harmful, objectionable, or inaccurate.    WeAreMC is not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such content.  WeAreMC may also modify content placed on the site to enhance site performance (i.e., large pictures may be cropped and compressed to a smaller size).

Clause IV: Surfing Is A Good Thing
WeAreMC may link you to other sites on the Internet. These sites may contain information or material that some people may find inappropriate or offensive. These other sites are not under the control of WeAreMC, and you acknowledge that WeAreMC is not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, decency, or any other aspect of the content of such sites.

Clause V: Don’t Borrow Stuff Without Permission
You acknowledge and agree that all original content and materials produced by WeAreMC are copyright protecteded. Other content placed on WeAreMC by partners or Cityzens may also be protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws. You agree not to reproduce any WeAreMC content without the owner's consent. Use of any WeAreMC content or materials for any purpose not expressly permitted in these Terms of Use is prohibited.

Clause VI: Use WeAreMC At Your Own Risk
All WeAreMc services and content are provided "as is" and "as available" for your use. The content is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. WeAreMC does not warrant that the content is accurate, reliable or correct; that this site will be available at any particular time or location; that any defects or errors will be corrected; or that the content is free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of this site is solely at your risk.

Under no circumstances shall WeAreMC be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, this site.

Upon a request by WeAreMC, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WeAreMC from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise from your use or misuse of the WeAreMC site.

Clause VII: Sanity Clause
WeAreMC is much too old and wise to believe in Sanity Clause.

Clause VIII: Severability and Integration
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and WeAreMC with respect to the WeAreMC site. If any part of these Terms of Use is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
